This is a small cafe tied to the Indigo book store. I come thru here often, the staff are always pleasant. It can get crowded at certain times but when it's not it is a nice place to sit and read or veg. Indoor and outdoor seating.
Great atmosphere, and staff was so professional and helpful, especially during this time. If you're dining in, expect to sign a contact tracing form, just your name, the date, and your phone number OR email, so that they can contact you if a customer or employee tests positive for Covid-19. Staff was super friendly, came over to chat with me while there were no customers and kept a safe distance. Feels so great to still be able to connect with people while staying safe.
very disappointed on the employee at the cash how she treated my family at store number 4652 around 3:12 PM. After I asked her what drink he can recommend she whispered something to the other employee who was preparing drinks and I know she told something about us as the other employee, I said this because as she was whispering the other employee was starring at me. Very rude will not go to this location anymore. I hope there is a camera in that store that will prove how she treated us with these employees. Her inside attitude very bad. I am hoping someday she will encounter the kind of treatment she gave my family at the store that way she will will LEARN TO BE ALWAYS NICE to all kind of people.
Little Starbucks in a book store but staff are always friendly. Nice patio but always packed in summer and not heated or covered. Too small to be taken seriously if you plan to hang an entire day though.
Friendly staff! Typical Starbucks in indigo. I just think the space is way too small, so it’s more of a to go spot.
Not a fan of Starbucks or coffee shops in general as i find them overpriced. However, i did find this place to have a very helpful and friendly staff. Could use somemore outdoor patio chairs and tables as the outside is the place to be.
Very crowded & small location. Painfully slow service.. ordered a soy gingerbread latte & received order with whipped topping on it... there’s a reason why people order soy beverages.. not to receive dairy topping on it! Barista tried to just scrap it off top.. seriously 🤮 Had to have it remade... what a waste... 😡 Won’t return.. 👎 …

Great staff, always make regulars feel welcomed and appreciated while making sure new customers feel just as welcomed. Their team did a great job reopening after COVID and made sure we always felt safe when getting a drink.
